1.1280WZ 12 axes CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine adopts TaiWan CNC control system and Japan Sanyo/Yaskawa Servo Motors to control the feeding system and Cam system synchronously.
2. It has total 12 axis, the Cam axis, Feeding axis, Quill Rotary axis, the Wire rotary axis and the Spinner axis.
3. This machine is suitable for making various Compression spring, Extension spring, Single (double) torsion spring, Tower shaped compression spring, Flat wire spring, and any kind wire forming
1.It is the new machine that we developed in the year 2011, totally we fit 12 imported SANYO motor on it, with wire rotation on its back.
2.Producing both springs and wire-forming products within wire diameter from 2.5mm to 6.0mm.
3.Advance attachments such as rotary wire, spinner, and the x-y free arm can be optionally equipped to the machine

A3: The payment term is 30% deposit as PO confirmation, and 70% before the shipment.We also accept other payment term.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A4: Normally the delivery time of the machine is 30-40 working days after receiving deposit.But it all depends on machine models you place the order. Some of them could be shipped within 7 working days if we have that machine available in our warehouse.
Q5: What is the guarantee period of the machine?
A5: The guarantee period is one year for the core components like motor from the date of B/L.
