The spring rotating forming machine KCT-0535WZ (1.2-4.0mm) distributed by the world distributors, manufactured from KCMCO Spring Precision Machinery Co.,Ltd., has a very high engineering technology that offers a Japanese servo motor and a Taiwanese controller.
The machine is also equipped with a programmable pause timing/duration and jogging speed, angle setting available for Cam, Quill and Servo spinner, turn setting available for servo spinner, priority control, wire rotating function and USB port.
1. It combines precision CNC controlled servo-motion system and conveniences of mechanization.
2. It is suitable for various kinds of spring products through a simplified setup and programming procedure.
3. It is equipped with eight slides.
4. We design tools for individual purposes such as bending, coiling, pitching, forming, and cutting.
5. Working spaces and angles are considered very carefully to develop portable tool holders for straight movement or supporting movement from other slides.
6. It with wire rotation, can make more difficult springs, and can make the cutters working at diferent angle
7. It can make various kinds of spring from wire diameter 1.8mm to 4.5mm.
