This spring coiler comes with high forming speed, high precision and low noise. The third axis is specially added for the pushing rod cutter, which not only facilities the forming of springs, saves adjusting time and wire cost, but also has the ability to produce complex products.

This KCMCO Precision 12 axes Camless CNC versatile spring rotating forming machine is provided with Windows 7 operating system, all axes work independently. It has a touch screen surface, remote monitoring and USB port. As an optional a servo spinner and hydraulic cutter can be installed.
 

1.KCT1280WZ 12 axes CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine adopts TaiWan CNC control system and Japan  Servo Motors to control the feeding system and Cam system synchronously.

2.It has total 12 axis, the Cam axis, Feeding axis, Quill Rotary axis, the Wire rotary axis and the Spinner axis.

3.This machine is suitable for making various Compression spring, Extension spring, Single (double) torsion spring, Tower shaped compression spring, Flat wire spring, and any kind wire forming.

A3: The payment term is 30% deposit as PO confirmation, and 70% before the shipment.We also accept other payment term.

Q4: What is the delivery time?
A4: Normally the delivery time of the machine is 30-40 working days after receiving deposit.But it all depends on machine models you place the order. Some of them could be shipped within 7 working days if we have that machine available in our warehouse.

Q5: What is the guarantee period of the machine?
A5: The guarantee period is one year for the core components like motor from the date of B/L.
