Our company's KCT-1260WZ 12-axis Camless CNC versatile spring rotating forming machine adopts Taiwan Windows7 operation control system, reference imported from Japan Yaskawa servo motor, using the unique non cam and no arm design tool are controlled independently by eight servo motors, the turret eight shaft, wire feeding shaft, a shaft, a rotating core transfer line the shaft and the shaft of a curl, a crank connecting rod forming system, wire feeding system, transfer system, straightening system and rotary core system etc.. In addition, the machine can be equipped with hydraulic scissors device, cutting noise is small, the damage to the mandrel and the machine is zero; at the same time also can be equipped with multi-function manipulator, not only has the characteristics of fast forming, accurate and stable performance, but also more convenient and easy to operate.

A3: The payment term is 30% deposit as PO confirmation, and 70% before the shipment.We also accept other payment term.

A4: Normally the delivery time of the machine is 30-40 working days after receiving deposit.But it all depends on machine models you place the order. Some of them could be shipped within 7 working days if we have that machine available in our warehouse.
Q5: What is the guarantee period of the machine?
A5: The guarantee period is one year for the core components like motor from the date of B/L.
