Product Description
1. 1280 12-axis CNC High-speed Spring Coiling Machine is composed by 6 Japan Yaskawa motor and TaiWan control system, each axis can work independently and synchronously. Our design team made a lot of improvement and innovation with more function and higher automation degree.
2.This up-dated machine can form the spring within one minute, which owns the features of easy to operate, high precision and low noise. It can save much testing spring time and the cost of the raw material. This machine also has the function of straight cutting, subtend cutting and Rotary cutting.
3.This machine can adopt the Camera Spring Length Gauge replacing the traditional length gauge, which can measure the spring length as well as the spring diameter.

A3: The payment term is 30% deposit as PO confirmation, and 70% before the shipment.We also accept other payment term.

A4: Normally the delivery time of the machine is 30-40 working days after receiving deposit.But it all depends on machine models you place the order. Some of them could be shipped within 7 working days if we have that machine available in our warehouse.
Q5: What is the guarantee period of the machine?
A5: The guarantee period is one year for the core components like motor from the date of B/L.
