Product Parameters
It composed of crank connecting link system, feeding and rotating system, coiling straightening system and quill system. It can install the device of hydraulic pressure scissors, low noise; the damage is zero on mandrel and machine. It is suitable for making kinds of wave spring, tension spring, torsion spring, compression spring, scroll spring, tower spring, flat wire spring and such highly difficult springs. Largely increased the spring making range, it is precise, stable and easy to operate.
1.It is the new machine that we developed in the year 2019, totally we fit 11 imported servo motor on it, it is suitable for all compression springs, torsion springs and extention springs.
2.Producing both springs and wire-forming products within wire diameter from 0.3mm to 1.2mm.
3.Advance attachments such as rotary wire, spinner, and the x-y free arm can be optionally equipped to the machine
