1.KCT-1245WZ 12 axis Camless CNC Versatile Spring Rotating Forming Machine, is composed by Taiwan computer system and Japan Yaskawa servo motor special designed with no rocker arm and camless, , the slide base is separately controlled by eight servo motor, Feeding axis, Quill rotating axis, Wire rotating axis and Spinner axis.
2. It composed of crank connecting link system, feeding and rotating system, coiling straightening system and quill system. It can install the device of hydraulic pressure scissors, low noise; The damage is zero on mandrel and machine. It is suitable for making kinds of tension spring, torsion spring, compression spring, scroll spring, tower spring, flat wire spring and such highly difficult springs.
3. Largely increased the spring making range, it is precise, stable and easy to operate.

The factory has about 20 years experience in this field(Spring machines), and the Founder Mr Liu has about 40 years experience for manufacturing the Spring Machine who witnessed the Spring Industry development in China.2. A complete production line from Design, Own Processing centre for spareparts & worktable, Importing Japan Sanyo and Yaskawa motors, Importing TaiWan Brand controlling system, Finishing operation, Inspection centre, Testing team and Professional vacuum packing with Fumigated wooden case.
3. A complete set of CNC Spring coiling machine & wire bending machine to processing the wire diameter from 0.15mm to 8.0mm, especially including the new technology of the Camless machine with wire rotation function and the applying of the Camera Spring Length Gauge on the Compression Spring Machine
