Compression springs
Coiled, helical springs with gaps between coils. Compress under load, absorbing energy. Produced by hot and cold method. They can have constant and variable stiffness, and, accordingly, cylindrical, conical, barrel-shaped. Widely used in all industrial areas.
Tension springs

KCT-326 High Speed Spring Coiling Machine adopts Japan servo motor and 2 kinds TaiWan control system for option (Jing Wei brand and YiTu Brand). Feeding axis, Cam axis, and Pitch axis, which can work independently and synchronously. It can produce kinds of Compression Spring with the advantage of shorter-testing time and high production rate. The third axis is the Pitch axis which can make the spring more easily to save the testing time and cost of the moulds.

A3: The payment term is 30% deposit as PO confirmation, and 70% before the shipment.We also accept other payment term.

A4: Normally the delivery time of the machine is 30-40 working days after receiving deposit.But it all depends on machine models you place the order. Some of them could be shipped within 7 working days if we have that machine available in our warehouse.
Q5: What is the guarantee period of the machine?
