Remote free technical support by e-mail or telephone, or the supplier can assign the technicians to the customers' factory for the technical support if requested, but cost out of China for technicians will be born by customer, or customers can send their own technicians to the supplier's factory for free traning.

A3: The payment term is 30% deposit as PO confirmation, and 70% before the shipment.We also accept other payment term.

A4: Normally the delivery time of the machine is 30-40 working days after receiving deposit.But it all depends on machine models you place the order. Some of them could be shipped within 7 working days if we have that machine available in our warehouse.

A5: The guarantee period is one year for the core components like motor from the date of B/L.
